Since the end of October 2014 there is a new game in the most popular soccer game of this moment, FIFA 15. Again it is possible to start your own carreer and be the manager of your favorite football club. When you are a manager, you want to buy the best young talents, for the cheapest price. Below you find a table of the best young players in FIFA 15.

Transfers in the manager mode
If you want to make the best team in your carreer mode, it is almost necserry to buy and sell players. You can choose to buy old and experienced players, or choose to buy young and futurestar players. If the players are younger than 21 years old, then they can grow a lot if they play a lot of games.

Rent and hire
Apart from buying and selling players, it is also possible to rent a player to another club. This means that you lent a player for a temporary time to another team. So it is possible to rent talentfull players to worser teams, the young players can play a lot at that team and gain a lot of experience. Keep in mind that you rent to player to a team where he has a big chance to play a lot. Otherwise the player won't grow.

Rating and Potential
Like every version of FIFA players get a certain rating. This rating is a number which reffers to the qualities of a player. The general rating of all his abilities is just called "Rating" in the table below. The rating of a player can grow in FIFA15, especially talents will grow a lot. The amount of point a player can grow is called "Growth" in the table below.

Ratings are not the same 
It is possible that you see different ratings in your FIFA game than mentioned above. That can be caused by the following points:

• Updating of squads, every database update from EA Sports has different rating of players
• You're not anymore in the beginning of your carreer, so the players are partly grown already.
• The potential ratings of the players in the table are minima. That means that the players can even become better by playing more matches.
